In the up-market, residential area of Chayofa some 3 kms.from the resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.10 kms.from the South Tenerife Airport, 
we offer a semi-detached villa sharing one swimming pool between two villas. The ground floor houses the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, sunken living area, pool terrace and barbecue. There is a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, shower room with WC, bidet, shower cubicle and wash basin.
The first floor has the master bedroom with double bed, two fitted wardrobes and terrace. The bathroom boasts a circular Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, hair drier, bidet and double marble wash basin unit.
The basement garage connects to the house via the laundry area where there is an automatic washer, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.
The TV has several English channels. There is a safe.
This former Time Share resort has a pool and restaurant, supermarket and tennis courts (there may be a charge to use some facilities).
